Luis von Ahn is the co-founder and CEO of Duolingo. He’s also the inventor of Captcha and reCaptcha.

Beyond his commercial and academic achievements, he actively contributes to regional development by serving on the executive committee of the Partnership for Central America. Furthermore, he established the Luis von Ahn Foundation to financially support community leaders and nonprofits in Guatemala, focusing particularly on empowering women, protecting the environment, and promoting democracy.
