U.S. Soccer Federation

Since September 2022, JT Batson has served as CEO and Secretary General of the U.S. Soccer Federation, driving strategic initiatives to elevate the sport nationwide. His leadership includes spearheading the creation of the Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center and securing world-class leadership by hiring USWNT head coach Emma Hayes and USMNT head coach Mauricio Pochettino. Furthermore, he launched “The U.S. Way” strategy and “Soccer Forward,” a legacy program capitalizing on the momentum of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Prior to his prominent sports executive role, JT built a distinguished career as a media, advertising, and technology entrepreneur. He notably co-founded and served as CEO of the software company Hudson MX, following stints as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Greylock Partners and Accel. A Stanford University alumnus, his accolades include receiving the J.E. Wallace Sterling Award and serving on multiple prestigious boards, including the New York City Ballet and the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation.
