Calvin McDonald is CEO of Lululemon Athletica. Prior to joining Lululemon in 2018, he served as president and CEO of Sephora Americas from 2013 to 2018. Calvin was president and CEO of Sears Canada from 2011-2013, and spent 17 years at Loblaw Companies Limited, the largest retailer in Canada, where he was born and raised. From 2016-2020, he served on the board for Cole Haan, and more recently, he joined the board of Disney.
