With a tenure of more than 26 years at Amazon, Bettina Stix has guided numerous initiatives that leverage the company’s massive scale, logistical infrastructure, and technological innovation to support communities globally. Her career at Amazon encompasses a variety of leadership roles across global websites, customer service operations, and membership programs. Through these experiences, she developed a deep expertise in utilizing operational excellence and technology to drive social change. Currently, Bettina specializes in designing programs that convert corporate capabilities into measurable community aid, focusing on critical areas such as rapid disaster relief, food insecurity, and the expansion of educational resources.
In addition to her corporate work, Bettina serves on the board of directors for FareStart, a Seattle-based nonprofit organization dedicated to disrupting the cycles of homelessness and poverty through culinary job training and employment placement.
