Sophia made her mark in 2006 as the founder of fashion e-commerce phenomenon Nasty Gal, which she built to over $100 million in revenue. Sophia is also the author of #GIRLBOSS, which spent 18 weeks on the New York Times Bestseller List, sold 500,000 copies, and was adapted into a Netflix series produced by Charlize Theron.
