Rudina Seseri is Founder and Managing Partner of Glasswing Ventures, a leading early-stage firm investing in AI-native and frontier technology companies transforming the enterprise and security markets, spanning AI infrastructure, next-gen compute, and physical AI. With 20+ years of investing experience, Rudina has led investments and served on boards including Reprise, Verusen, Asepha, Basetwo, Iris Finance, Atlantic Quantum (acq. by Google), Common Sense Machines (acq. by Google), Plannuh (acq. by Planful), Zylotech (acq. by Terminus), Celtra (acq. by STG), CrowdTwist (acq. by Oracle), and Navigant (acq. by Veritas). She serves on the boards of M&T Bank and MSC Industrial Supply. Rudina is a HBS Executive Fellow, an MIT Connection Science Fellow, and a member of the Governor of Massachusetts’ AI Task Force.
