Appointed in August 2022, Phil Andrews serves as the CEO of USA Fencing, overseeing the national governing body for Olympic and Paralympic fencing in the United States. In this role, he leads business operations, culture transformation, member safety, and over 400 annual events while driving revenue. Prior to USA Fencing, Phil spent nearly a decade transforming USA Weightlifting as its CEO.
