Meredith Kopit Levien is President and CEO of The New York Times Company. Prior to taking that role in September 2020, she served as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all major commercial operations, including subscriptions, advertising, events, and the cross-functional digital product development organization. Before joining The Times, Meredith spent 5 years at Forbes, where she held various roles, including publisher and Chief Revenue Officer, and six years at The Atlantic. She is a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute. She serves on the board of directors of The New York Times Company and Instacart.
