During his 35-year tenure Chairman and CEO of Coach, Lew Frankfort transformed a small leather goods company into a $5 billion global lifestyle brand. Following his run at Coach, Lew co-founded Benvolio Group to invest in and mentor leadership at early-stage disruptive consumer brands. This entrepreneurial venture builds on a diverse career that also included a decade in New York City government, highlighted by his impactful role as Commissioner of the Agency for Child Development, where he restored the city’s Head Start and day care programs.
