Jim Collins

Jim Collins has dedicated over three decades to researching exceptional human achievement and advising leaders across business, social, and military sectors. Beginning his career at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, he later established a management laboratory in Boulder, Colorado, to directly engage senior leadership teams and conduct independent research. His extensive body of work includes influential bestsellers like Good to Great and Built to Last, which introduced foundational leadership concepts such as Level 5 leadership and BHAGs to the global business lexicon.
