Jennifer Heil is an Olympic Champion, Guinness World Record holder, and the first person to win every major title in freestyle skiing. Long celebrated for her precision, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure, she now brings that same mindset to shaping the future of human performance. She is the CEO and co-founder of Revvel, a performance-tech company giving women ages 40– 55 meaningful, personalized access to elite sport scientists and human-performance experts. Revvel’s Expert Twin—a digital model built from world-class practitioners—offers tailored guidance using inputs such as voice and video, delivering the kind of insight and confidence typically reserved for top athletes. Jennifer is focused on building a scalable, premium experience that elevates performance and supports women navigating a pivotal stage of life. Earlier in her career, Jennifer co-founded B2ten, which raised over $25 million in private investment to create a new model of high-performance support for Canadian athletes. She also contributed to building one of Canada’s first independent complaint-and-adjudication systems in sport. A Stanford GSB Leadership Award recipient and multiple Hall of Fame inductee, she is a sought-after speaker on performance, innovation, and unlocking human potential.
