Jennifer Ferro is President of KCRW, one of the nation’s leading public media organizations, where she has helped shape a dynamic vision for public service journalism, cultural programming, and community connection. A respected leader in media and nonprofit management, she is known for guiding organizations through change with a focus on mission, innovation, and long-term sustainability. Ferro recently served as Chair of the NPR Board, bringing national leadership to the public radio system at a pivotal moment for the industry. She is also a Fellow at the UCLA Luskin School of Public Policy, where she mentors graduate students and supports the development of emerging leaders committed to public impact.
