Under McGinnis, Exploding Kittens has sold over 25 million tabletop games to date and launched nearly 30 game titles. Prior to Exploding Kittens, McGinnis worked with the Interactive Division at Xbox Entertainment Studios. Her team developed original TV content for the Xbox console, incorporating interactive features to enhance and differentiate the traditional TV viewing experience. She began her career in talent representation at Endeavor, followed by Brillstein Entertainment.
