Bijal Shah

Bijal Shah is the CEO at Guild, a Public Benefit Corporation that provides employees of America’s largest companies access to education, skilling, and career mobility without paying for tuition or career services on their own. Before her role as CEO, she was Chief Experience Officer and Head of Platform at Guild. Prior to Guild, Bijal held executive-level roles at Ibotta and on the corporate strategy team at Visa. She is also involved with the Board of Directors of Girls, Inc.
