Arvind Krishna

Arvind Krishna serves as the Chairman, President, and CEO of IBM. As a technologist and executive, he spearheaded the landmark $34 billion acquisition of Red Hat, enabling clients to deploy applications anywhere. Throughout his tenure, he has expanded IBM’s footprint in critical emerging markets, including artificial intelligence, quantum computing, blockchain, and nanotechnology.

His early career achievements include founding IBM’s security software business, helping create the world’s first commercial wireless system, and growing the Information Management division by 50 percent.
