Adam Miller is a social entrepreneur and philanthropist. His first company, Cornerstone OnDemand, started in his one-bedroom apartment and grew to over 3,000 employees in 25 countries, empowering over 75 million people worldwide. Cornerstone has delivered over two billion courses to learners in 192 countries and was taken private in a $5.2 billion transaction in 2021. Adam’s philanthropic work includes serving as Chairman of Team Rubicon, growing it into a leading global humanitarian aid organization with over 150,000 volunteers, 80% of whom are veterans. He led the merger of FAAN and FAI to create FARE, the world’s largest voluntary health organization for the food allergic community, and seeded Aimmune, which developed the first FDA-approved treatment for food allergies. As Chairman of the Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation, he helped deliver over $125 million of social impact. Adam also founded LA-Tech.org and the 1,000 Interns Initiative, providing internships for students of color in LA’s tech sector. Through 1P Ventures, he has invested in and advised numerous tech companies. As Co-Founder and Chairman of 1P.org, he addresses issues like homelessness, gun violence, and climate change. Adam co-founded Better Angels to tackle LA’s homelessness crisis with innovative models of intervention, community engagement, and advocacy.
