Scott Farquhar is the co-founder and co-CEO of Atlassian, a collaboration software company and the makers of Jira, Trello, and Confluence. Scott co-founded the company in 2002, scaling Atlassian to over 11,000 staff globally, serving over 260,000 customers — including companies like ANZ Bank, Spotify, Twilio, and NASA. In 2020, Atlassian made the call to go all-in on distributed work, known as Team Anywhere, and is committed to shaping the future of work by living it. Scott is also a co-founder of Skip Capital, a private investment fund, and is a Board Director of the Tech Council of Australia.

“The direction of it is clear. We’re only gonna get more distributed.”
