By completing the Masters of Scale Business Award application, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, do not complete the Business Awards application. If you are completing the application on behalf of a company (such as your employer) or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to our Terms and Conditions. In that case, “you” and “your” will refer to that entity.

These Terms and Conditions are between you and Wait What Inc. and apply to your application for the entity you represent to be evaluated for the Masters of Scale Business Awards. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions we refer to Wait What Inc. as the “Masters of Scale”. Submitting an application to the Masters of Scale Business Awards is at your sole discretion, and you understand that the information you provide during the application is managed and received by both Masters of Scale and Partners. Applications may not be acknowledged and will not be returned.

The personal data you provide as part of your application, will be used by Masters of Scale in connection with review of your application and as otherwise set forth in these Terms and Conditions. By submitting an application, you expressly agree to the collection and use of your personal data for such purposes.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions we refer to the content of your answers to the application questions as “Application Content”. By submitting your Application Content to Masters of Scale, you grant Masters of Scale a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable license to use the Application Content in connection with review of your application and as otherwise set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

The Masters of Scale Business Awards are awarded at the sole discretion of Masters of Scale. Masters of Scale may choose to grant no awards for any particular award season or to present a potential award recipient with an award not requested or initially publicized. The award decisions of Masters of Scale are final and are not subject to appeal by applicants. No feedback will be provided to applicants. Masters of Scale reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the Masters of Scale Business Awards at any time, for any reason. Masters of Scale reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revoke a recipient’s award.

Potential award recipients agree to publicity releases in connection with participation in any award related activities or events.
